Terms & Conditions: “The Sales Game Book” Giveaway
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
This document outlines the official rules and terms for “The Sales Game Book” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Giveaway Period and Entry
Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by World Class Sales Agency, LLC.
Giveaway Entry Period: Entries for the Giveaway will be accepted until Saturday, August 2nd, 2025, at 7:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
How to Enter: To enter, participants must tag two (2) friends in the comments section of the designated Giveaway post on Daniel G’s Instagram account.
Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person is permitted.
2. Winner Selection and Prizes
Winner Announcement: A total of six (6) winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries during a live Instagram broadcast on Daniel G’s Instagram account on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. EST.
Prizes:
Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive five thousand dollars ($5,000 USD).
Runner-Up Prizes: Five (5) winners will each receive one thousand dollars ($1,000 USD).
Winner Notification: Winners will be announced during the live broadcast and will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message shortly after. Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Payment: The cash prizes will be paid to the winners via their preferred method (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, or other mutually agreed-upon method). The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving the prize.
3. Disclaimer on Book Purchase
The purchase of “The Sales Game Book” is not required to enter the Giveaway.
World Class Sales Agency, LLC is providing this book as an educational resource. The company makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding the effectiveness of the strategies or advice contained within the book. By purchasing and reading “The Sales Game Book,” you acknowledge and agree that World Class Sales Agency, LLC is not liable for any financial, business, or personal outcomes, results, or losses that you may experience. You assume full responsibility for your business and financial decisions.
4. General Terms and Conditions
Publicity: By accepting a prize, the winner grants World Class Sales Agency, LLC the right to use their name, social media handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Release of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless World Class Sales Agency, LLC and Instagram from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway.
Right to Modify: The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
Governing Law: This Giveaway and its terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
